  • Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak periods, sales, or new drops, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options depending on your location.

📦 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7–21 business days.
  • Customs processing may add additional time beyond our control.
  1. Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.
  • Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered. These will be clearly stated on the site or at checkout.
  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin reflecting movement.

  1. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Hellstar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by carriers. If your tracking number shows delivery but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government. Hellstar is not liable for any charges once the order leaves the U.S.

  1. Preorders & Limited Drops

Items marked as preorder will ship at a later specified date. Please note estimated ship dates listed on the product page and in your order confirmation. All items in an order will ship together when the preorder is ready.
